Jeff Vetere
Jeff Vetere (born 1966) is a former football apprentice, youth coach, Scout and Technical Co-ordinator. At the moment nobody has any clue who he works for, as he gets seen around a lot and is constantly being dragged in to rumours. Vetere is credited with an encyclopaedic knowledge of footballers and is fluent in Spanish, French and Italian. == Early career == Vetere's playing career did not extend beyond being an apprentice at Luton Town. His first serious coaching role was at non-league Rushden & Diamonds where he was brought to by Brian Talbot in 1997. He was put responsible for their newly established youth academy. Few players, however, emerged through Rushden's academy in the three years Vetere was there. The most notable was Andy Burgess who has made more than 200 appearances for the club since 1999 and is now in his second spell there.〔 〕
